Breakfast

Talos hotel was the first 3 star hotel in Crete to participate in the “Greek Breakfast” initiative back in 2012.  Greek breakfast concentrates in promoting local produce and recipes, in an attempt to bring you a step closer to our culture and cuisine.

We pay premium price for all our produce, never cut corners when it comes to quality and are always looking for ways to improve it.  We are therefore very eager to hear your suggestions, many of which, have already been taken into account for our 2024 buffet.

Our breakfast is also available to guests not staying in the hotel at €12.00.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 till 11:00.

There is also the facility for an early, take away breakfast.

HOT DRINKS: Greek coffee, filter coffee, instant coffee, various teas, mountain tea, milk

JUICES: JUICES: Freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice

CARBS: White and brown bread, rusks, orange cake, chocolate cake, 3 types of cereal

GREEK SPECIALTIES: “Sfakia” pies, “kaltsounakia”, “dakos”, “selino” olives, Seasonal fruit

SPREADS: Local butter, margarine, 2 types of jam, thyme honey

DAIRY: Greek yoghurt, feta cheese, “graviera” cheese, “mizithra” cheese

MEATS: Farm sausages, bacon

EGGS: Fried eggs, boiled eggs, omelet
